Privacy policy & TCPA disclosures.
Who we are
True Freedom Marketing LLC ("True Freedom Marketing," "we," "us," or "our") is a Phoenix, Arizona–based business-to-business marketing services company. We operate consumer-facing lead-generation campaigns and route live telephone transfers of consenting consumers to licensed mortgage lenders ("Lender Partners").
This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices available to you, and how we comply with U.S. federal and state laws — including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and other state privacy laws as applicable to you.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:
- From consumers requesting mortgage information. Identifiers (name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address), stated financial information (credit band, loan purpose, estimated loan amount, property value, cash-out amount), property information (address, type, ownership status), and communication records (call recordings, transcripts, consent confirmations with timestamp).
- From Lender Partners and prospective clients. Business contact information, billing details, service preferences, NMLS or state licensing information, and any information submitted via our lender application.
- From website visitors. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, and information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 10).
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, full credit reports, or other sensitive financial data on our consumer-facing forms. Underwriting-grade data is collected by Lender Partners under their own privacy practices once a consumer is transferred.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Verify consumer consent and basic eligibility for mortgage outreach
- Screen, qualify, and match consumers with appropriate Lender Partners
- Deliver live telephone transfers and the associated consent and call records to Lender Partners
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Comply with our legal obligations, including TCPA recordkeeping and state privacy laws
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Sharing & sale of information
True Freedom Marketing's core business model involves the sale and sharing of consumer lead data to its licensed Lender Partners. When a consumer provides their information through one of our campaigns or consents to a live transfer:
- We may sell or share their contact information and stated financial details with one or more Lender Partners, on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis as disclosed at the point of consent, for the purpose of offering mortgage products and services.
- Consumers have the right under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other state privacy laws to opt out of this sale or sharing. See Section 7.
We do not sell information of consumers we know to be under 18 years of age.
We may also share information with:
- Service providers that support our operations under written contracts — including hosting providers, call-routing platforms, analytics vendors, and consent-capture systems
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of True Freedom Marketing, our users, or others
- Successors in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets
TCPA consent & call practices
We comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), FCC implementing regulations (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), and applicable state telemarketing laws.
Prior express written consent. Before any telephone outreach to a wireless number using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, we obtain prior express written consent from the consumer. Each consent capture includes:
- A clear and conspicuous disclosure identifying True Freedom Marketing and the categories of Lender Partners that may contact the consumer
- A statement that consent is not required as a condition of obtaining goods or services
- An electronic signature, IP address, timestamp, user agent, and a copy of the form language presented to the consumer
- Retention of the consent record for at least four (4) years
Call recording. All live transfer calls are recorded for compliance, quality assurance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Consumers are notified of recording in the consent disclosure and again at the start of each call. Recordings and associated metadata are retained for at least four (4) years.
Do Not Call compliance. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and maintain our own internal Do Not Call list. Consumers may request to be added to our internal DNC list at any time by emailing privacy@truefreedommarketing.com. Requests are honored within thirty (30) days.
Hours of outreach. Telephone outreach is conducted Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, consistent with TCPA restrictions on calling hours and applicable state limitations. We do not call on federal holidays.
